2. Delivery Options and Timeframes
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout
For international orders, delivery times and rates will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs delays for international orders.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
