Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at [your email address].

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please:

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [your email address].

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Gift Cards Gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable.
