Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email tonyjoneshull@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: resistance bands, personal care items, and mouthguards.
