Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from BYS Store. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at tonyjoneshull@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll sort it out, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
